These Terms govern your use of Nexus CMS ("Nexus", "we", "us") software, websites, and related services. By creating an account or using Nexus you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Nexus is proprietary commercial software. During alpha, usage is free until a stable release. After stable, a valid license (trial, subscription, or lifetime) is required for production use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Do not share license keys publicly. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Billing

Paid plans are disabled during alpha. After a stable release, paid plans may be fulfilled manually after a subscription request. Prices will be listed in USD; local currency settlement may be arranged. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases for the licensed entity under fair-use limits.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Nexus packages except as allowed by your license. You must not use Nexus to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Nexus is provided "as is" during alpha. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months to the fullest extent permitted by law.
